Stretch routine to increase flexibility in back muscles.

Exercises:

  • Straight back stretch

    Start from a kneeling position, lean forward your upper body and reach arms forward. Place the the stomach on your knees, relax and breathe deep breaths to stretch the back muscles.

  • Parallel back stretch

    parallel back stretch

    Stand or sit in the basic position, reach arms forward and grab hands in front of the body at chest height, round the back and bend the upper back. Strive to keep the arms parallel to the ground.

  • Cat stretch

    cat stretch

    Kneel on all fours and arch your back to lengthen the spine. Tuck the tail. Breathe deep breaths and relax a bit more with every breath.
