Triceps stretch
Caroline Nilsson is your personal trainer showing you how to do Triceps stretch.
Technique
Sit or stand in the basic position. Bend one arm, place it behind your neck, put your hand on the spine and align elbow straight up. Grasp the stretching elbow with the opposite hand gently and squeeze arm backward.
Tips
Breathe deep breaths and keep shoulders lowered.
Alternatives
Strive to come up with the stretching arm's hand near the same side shoulder.
