Standing shoulders and chest stretch

Technique
Fold your hands behind your back, tighten your abdominal muscles and press chest forward. Keep the shoulders back move the hands and arms away from your body to stretch the chest and shoulder muscles.
Tips
Vary by keeping your arms close to your body and sometimes a little further away from other times, avoid hyperextending.
Alternatives
Use a wall and stretch one arm at a time if you have limited mobility.
