Neck side stretch

Technique
Stand with a good posture and extend the spine. Tip the head to the side and imagine that you to put your ear towards shoulder, press down the opposite arm. Keep both shoulders lowered. Look ahead.
Tips
Imagine that you have a tassel on top of the head and that someone grabs it and lift you straight up.
Alternatives
To increase the stretch you can place your hand head as weight, avoid this if you have neck problems.
