Technique
Lie down and tighten the abdominal muscles, grab both ankles and move the feet towards the rear. Strive to keep your knees together.
Tips
Relax, breathe and feel a deep stretch in your thighs at each exhale
Alternatives
Lay down the same way but stretch one leg at a time.

Grasp both ankles and move feet against the seat. Tighten your stomach muscles.
