Technique
Lie on your back with your lower back into the ground, place one ankle on opposite knee. Grasp of or behind the knee where the foot is placed on and pull in your knee towards upper body.
Tips
Arch lightly to increase the stretch.
Alternatives
The exercise can also be performed seated slightly leaned back, then place your hands to the floor and keep your arms straight. Lift up chest.
