Technique
Lie down with lower back in contact with ground and move the knees toward your chest to extend and stretch muscles in the back and lower back.
Tips
Breathe deep breaths and feel your back muscles relax more and more with every breath.
Alternatives
Hold a wider distance between the knees, an easy stretch to do as pregnant, for example.

Press down the lower back towards the ground.
