Kneeling quadriceps stretch
Caroline Nilsson is your personal trainer showing you how to do Kneeling quadriceps stretch.
Technique
Start from a kneeling position and stride forward, get down with the rear leg knee against the ground, place lower part of the thigh on ground. Grasp the ankle and move heel towards the rear. Press hips to the ground and tighten buttocks.
Tips
Be sure to keep the front knee behind toes throughout the exercise.
Alternatives
Grasp the foot with the opposite arm to assist in maintaining the hips pointing straight ahead.

Grasp the ankle and move the heel toward buttocks. Press the hip to the ground.
