Back of shoulders stretch

Technique
Start from a sitting or standing position and extend one arm in front of the body. Grasp arm using the other arm's hand. Forward with chest and move the straight arm towards the chest.
Tips
Keep the shoulder blades and shoulders lowered throughout the exercise.
Alternatives
Stay where it tightens, it shall not hurt in.

Instructions
Reach one arm in front of the body.
Grasp upper arm with the other arm's hand and bring it the towards your chest.
