Exercises:

  1. Vertical jump

    Place feet hip-width apart and sit back and make a halfway down squat, jump straight up in the air, as high as possible. Develop the movement from your ankles, using the calf muscles. Land toes first and sit back down in 45 degree squat directly. Keep abs tight entire set.

  2. Jumping jacks

    Stand up strong with feet together and jump to a position with the legs placed wide. Knees and toes pointing slightly outward. Jump back directly to the position with feet together. Bring arms to sides or above your head when jumping.

    Imagine yourself running in stairs as fast possible, but without the stairs. Run, stamp off and lift your knees in place.
